Reheat provides database reactivation services, including SMS and email outreach, campaign setup, and reporting, as described in your order or service agreement.

Specific deliverables, contact limits, and pricing are defined by the plan you select.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and consents to contact the individuals in any list you provide, and that doing so complies with applicable laws.

You remain the business of record for outreach sent on your behalf and are responsible for your underlying data and offers.

Performance figures shown on this site are illustrative and not a guarantee of specific results. Outcomes vary based on list quality, age, offer, and market.

Where a campaign performance guarantee is offered, its specific terms are set out in your service agreement and govern over any general statements on this website.

Plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. There are no setup fees and no long-term contract unless specified in a custom agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reheat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
